General Terms

By using zonedeux.cc, you accept these terms. ZoneDeux reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

Purchase of Digital Products

ZoneDeux offers digital training plans as one-time purchases. After payment, the product is delivered immediately via email with a download link, and it also becomes available for download from your profile page if you have an account. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Contracts Act (angrerettloven) §22(n), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that have been downloaded. By completing the purchase and downloading the training plan, you consent to waiving the right of withdrawal. If you have not downloaded the product, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at kontakt@zonedeux.cc.

User Account

You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Copyright and Usage

All content on zonedeux.cc, including training plans, articles, and tools, is protected by copyright. Training plans purchased from ZoneDeux are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased training plans is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

The content on zonedeux.cc, including training plans and articles, is intended as general training guidance only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a physician before starting a new training program, especially if you have health concerns. ZoneDeux does not assume liability for injuries that may occur as a result of using our training plans or advice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall first be sought resolved amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be settled by Oslo District Court.
